Moeller Fine Art Ltd., founded in 1972, specializes in late 19th and early 20th Century Masters, and is the foremost gallery in the United States for works by German Expressionists and the Masters of the Bauhaus. For more than fifty years, Achim Moeller, the gallery's principal, has helped build important private and public collections that are coherent in concept, period, and quality.

Gallery Profile

Achim Moeller is also the internationally recognized authority on the life and work of Lyonel Feininger (1871-1956) and Mark Tobey (1890-1976). Under the auspices of The Lyonel Feininger Project LLC and The Mark Tobey Project LLC, we maintain the archives of both artists, conduct provenance research, and consult on exhibitions. Both The Lyonel Feininger Project and The Mark Tobey Project provide, upon request, opinions on authenticity and, when applicable, certificates of authenticity.

The first part of Lyonel Feininger: The Catalogue Raisonné of Paintings, prepared by Achim Moeller and The Lyonel Feininger Project, is currently available online at www.feiningerproject.org.
